Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

We process orders between Monday and Friday. All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after the date that the order was placed.

If you need your order faster then please select the "priority processing" option during checkout, and your order will be processed within 1-4 business days

Note: Some of our personalized and made-to-order light products may take a little longer to be shipped.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

You can expect your package to arrive in 5-20 business days depending on the shipping method, product(s), and your location. All our orders have free shipping service.

Standard Shipping: 7-20 Business Days = Free shipping

Priority Processing + Standard Shipping: 7-20 Business Days = $9.99

Priority Processing + Express Shipping: 5-11 Business Days = $49.99

Order cutoff time 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) Mon – Fri

Not: For some Oversize products (one-piece products with one side 59.05''-150cm larger), the delivery may be a little longer because the airline does not accept large sizes. Delivery times given on the product page are valid for express shipping and priority orders and are not valid for customization orders.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Nordvall Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities therefore, Nordvall Studio is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country, where applicable.

Damages-Broke Part

In the event that products are damaged during transit, a factory-defective item is shipped, or products are lost, Nordvall Studio will resend the damaged part, the defective product, or the lost item to you. However, in the event that products are lost after having been delivered to your doorstep, liability rests with the shipping carrier, and no claims may be made against us.

*To replace damaged, broke or defective parts, you need to send us pictures via email.
**If you do not request a product or part replacement, you will be responsible for shipping costs and taxes.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
